Professor Ross is a passionate historian, craftsman and swordsman with over a decade of experience in historical education, blacksmithing and martial arts. His main interests include the weapons and armour of Antiquity and the Middle Ages, as well as their representations in fantasy and popular culture.

With an academic background in Fine Arts from the Brera Academy in Milan, he is also a sculptor and digital artist specialising in 3D modelling for 3D printing.

Through his work, Professor Ross combines historical research, practical craftsmanship and academic attention to detail, bringing history, weapons and armour to life in an engaging and accessible way.
