What it is
The Klappenvisier Bascinet Type 4 is inspired by historical late-medieval designs and built for full-contact medieval combat. Featuring the iconic front-hinged visor, it offers an excellent balance of protection, visibility, and ventilation, making it a reliable choice for both competition and training.
The helmet can be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Buhurt International (BI) and IMCF rule sets, ensuring it is suitable for modern medieval combat competitions.
To maximize comfort and protection, the helmet can be equipped with a range of optional accessories:
- Custom-made padding
- Quilted arming cap
- Premium quilted cap with integrated collar and protective plates
- Riveted chainmail aventail, handcrafted and tempered in Poland
Each helmet is made to order and can be customized to match your measurements, preferred finish, and the requirements of your chosen league.
