Gambeson Base edition

The Gambeson Base Edition is a simple, versatile medieval gambeson designed for historical reenactment and full-contact medieval combat. Its classic construction features vertical quilting, a turn-up collar, and a fitted cut that follows the shape of the torso while allowing comfortable movement.

The standard version is fastened with four leather straps, with an optional upgrade to hand-sewn eyelets and lace fastening available upon request. The gambeson extends to mid-thigh and features a rear slit, improving mobility when walking, running, or fighting.

With medium-thickness padding, it provides an excellent balance between protection and flexibility. The body is padded with two layers of wadding, while the sleeves feature one layer, reinforced at the elbows and shoulders for increased durability.
